What we are looking for 🔍
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality initiatives and ensure that our products and processes consistently meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management principles, experience in a manufacturing environment, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include 🎯

Develop, implement, and maintain quality management system, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and root causes of quality issues and implement data-driven solutions.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
If you have 🚀
- Studies in Engineering, or a related field.

+3 years of experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing environment.

Proven experience implementing ISO 9001.
- Experience evaluating suppliers.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., automotive).
