Our process starts from conceptualization and design, leading to manufacturing and distribution.
What we are looking for 🔍
We are seeking an Industrialization Engineer who will standardize and document the materials and processes developed by our R&D team and effectively transfer them to production and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting technical procedures, continuous process improvement, and coordinating with production teams and suppliers.
Your responsibilities will include 🎯

Create, maintain, and update technical documentation for processes and materials developed by the R&D team, ensuring correct interpretation and application in production and suppliers.

Define and communicate clear technical specifications to suppliers, ensuring they meet the established quality and functionality requirements.

Draft new technical procedures and update existing ones based on innovations and improvements implemented in the development of our chargers.

Be the main point of contact between R&D, production and supplier teams, facilitating the transfer of technology and knowledge.

Manage and document any technical modifications affecting production processes, ensuring their approval and correct implementation
If you have 🚀
- Studies in Engineering, such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields.
- +3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industry.

Previous experience working with suppliers and standardizing processes.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Competent working with CAD tools and MS Office.
- Upper intermediate level of English (B1+).
